ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS AND MEMBERSHIP TYPES

Organizations registered as real estate investment trusts and legal and real persons who are involved in the real estate sector / cooperate with the real estate sector, who have the capacity to act, who adopt the purposes and principles of the association and accept to work in this direction and meet the conditions stipulated by the legislation, may become members of the association.

Documents Required for Corporate Membership:

• Membership Application Form (can be filled in computerized or handwritten)
• Board of directors` decision to be taken by the company or signature circular of the authorized person of the institution,
• Tax certificate
• Company logo (289x106 pixel resolution in .JPG or .PNG format)
• Reference letters (reference letters from 2 GYODER member companies are required)

Documents Required for Individual Membership:

• Membership Application Form (can be filled in computerized or handwritten)
• Reference letters (reference letters from 2 GYODER member companies are required)

The full members of the Association have the right to elect and be elected.

• a. Corporate Full Membership (Legal Entity)
  They are members who have the right to elect and be elected, who have undertaken all obligations and responsibilities required by the membership of the Association, and who are represented by their presidents or real persons appointed by them to represent them, and who have legal personality.
• b. Individual Noble Membership (Natural Person)
  Real person members who have undertaken all obligations and responsibilities required by membership of the Association and who have the right to elect and be elected. The natural person and the authorized person on behalf of the legal person apply for membership. If a legal entity becomes a member, the chairman of the board of directors or the person authorized to represent it shall vote. When the chairmanship or representation duty of this person ends, the person who will vote on behalf of the legal entity is determined again and notified to the association.

Activity Membership, real persons who want to contribute to the activities of the Association in accordance with the objectives of the Association, who want to benefit from the events and activities of the Association, who work or work in the companies that are Corporate Members of the Association, and other real and legal persons who have the capacity to act can be elected to Activity Membership for a certain period of time or indefinitely by the decision of the Board of Directors. Activity Members who can benefit from the activities and services of the Association do not have the right to elect and be elected.

These are the members who are elected upon the proposal of the Board of Directors and the decision of the General Assembly from among the people who work in the sector-related universities or colleges, academic circles and the people who have contributed to the Association and/or its purpose and service issues. Academic and Honorary members do not have the right to be elected and elected to the organs, but they pay a fee if they wish.
