GYODER (Association of Real Estate and Real Estate Investment Trusts) met with investors at the "Evim Türkiye" Real Estate and Investment Fair held in Düsseldorf, Germany, from February 8 to 10, 2019, calling on expatriates and foreign investors to invest in Turkey. The fair, organized with the support of the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization and in collaboration with Demirören Media and İSTexpo Fair Organization, featured participation from 76 leading real estate firms in Turkey, showcasing over 100 projects with attractive investment opportunities to visitors. As part of its initiative to answer the question, "How to Make the Right Real Estate Investment in Turkey?" GYODER prepared a guide titled "How to Buy Property in Turkey?" This booklet was translated into Turkish as a comprehensive guide to property acquisition in Turkey and was offered for free to visitors at the GYODER Stand (Hall 8 B – D108) during the Evim Türkiye Fair, providing valuable insights for expatriates exploring investment options.
