Our association participated in the Archisections conference held in Istanbul on October 19, 2018. The panel titled "Green Real Estate Investments" was moderated by GYODER Vice President Prof. Dr. Gürsel Öngören, with GYODER President Assoc. Dr. Feyzullah Yetgin as a speaker. Dr. Yetgin shared his insights on energy efficiency, the Emerging Cities 2050 Projection, smart cities, energy and water-efficient buildings, green building certification systems, the impact of green buildings on real estate value, and the status of green buildings in Turkey.
