On March 3, 2016, GYODER and the DEİK Turkey-Luxembourg Business Council held a meeting on "Real Estate Sector Funds" in Luxembourg, the largest investment fund center in the Eurozone. This event, organized in collaboration with the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce and with the support of Turkey's Embassy in Luxembourg, aimed to strengthen trade and investment volumes and build bridges between the business communities of both countries. The meeting targeted the promotion of Turkey's real estate sector to Luxembourg's investment funds, which surpassed 3 trillion Euros with a record annual increase of 18.41% in September 2014, comprising 3,900 funds. It aimed to provide information on Turkey's overall economic and investment environment and attract Luxembourg funds to invest in real estate projects in Turkey. During the meeting, GYODER Vice President Özlem Gökçe, alongside GYODER Vice President Haluk Sur and board members Neşecan Çekici and Dr. M. Emre Çamlıbel, presented information on investment opportunities in the Turkish real estate sector through capital market instruments, real estate investment funds, and sector dynamics, along with high-level executives from Borsa İstanbul (BIST) and the Capital Markets Board (SPK).
